I’ve been doing all kinds of digital design for close to 20 years. Here are just some of the clients and projects I’ve worked on in the last 10 years or so. As you’ll see, I tend to get asked back by a lot of clients. 2013 to 2015 were fairly light on as I was concentrating on running UX Australia (and studying fashion design on the side).

2020

Tertiary Education Commission, NZ Government. Creating complex classifications (such as an occupation classification) to support tools to be used for career planning.
Reconciliation Australia. Information architecture and page layouts for reconciliation.org.au (to be launched Apr 2021)
Balsamiq. Instructional videos for information architecture and navigation design

2019

Readify, Lead Consultant: Set up the design practice for Readify Victoria (hire, support and mentor designers). Teach sales and developers about design, how to spot opportunities and how to sell design work. Conduct presales activities with clients (including design thinking workshops).

2018

Moved to Melbourne (and took a few months off)
RMIT Online – Senior service designer: Trial and test new ways of usability testing online courses, pick up product and delivery manager work to create new processes for a new agile team to build and deliver courses.

2017

UX Australia: Managing the team running 1 large and 2 small conferences
ABC – Lead UX designer: Manage a small UX team redesigning iview, work closely with product and development teams during implementation
Gruden – Lead UX designer: Design a complex web application for the Office of the Small Business Commissioner.
